Help me I’m a HUJI addict

I’m sure by now everyone is familiar with the HUJI app. You’ll have seen it whilst you were scrolling through Instagram on the the feeds of your fave bloggers and instantly loved the retro vibes and date stamp that made the images look like they were straight out of the 90s.  As soon as I saw it I fell in love, downloaded it and even paid the 99p upgrade so I could upload pictures straight from camera roll to edit.

So what actually is it? HUJI is an app that applies a 1998 style filter and random light effects to pictures taken in the app (or pictures that you upload if you buy the full version). You can also chose to date stamp the pictures with the current date or a ’98 date.

Now all my pictures have to have the HUJI filter, even ones from months ago have been ‘developed’ to get that retro feel. The filters look great on all sorts of images: from selfies to scenic snaps.

Take a look at some of my favourite HUJI pictures and be sure to check out my Instagram for plenty more!

Is anyone else a big HUJI fan? Let me know!
